What this section examines
The Maps section looks at the shape of the Earth as it has been drawn, measured, described in scripture, and argued about — historically and today. We do not silently assume any one model. We label each piece of material as one of the lanes below and keep them from bleeding into one another.
Historical evidence
What primary sources actually contain — with provenance, rights, and repository.
Scriptural interpretation
Biblical passages with translations, Hebrew terms, genre, and competing readings — none silently treated as proven.
Mathematical projection
Explicit projection math: what each preserves, what it distorts, and why.
Measured geographic evidence
Coordinates, distances, and control points — with uncertainty and reproducibility.
Institutional symbolism
Emblems that use azimuthal or circular world imagery — distinguished from claims about belief.
User-submitted claims
Community leads and hypotheses — kept separate from verified archival facts until reviewed.
Evidence Pros conclusions
Where — and only where — we render a finding. Everything else is labeled as data or interpretation.
